Cancellation policy
If a group cancels, the following compensation shall be payable:
- 100 % of the total amount, less any payment received, if the
reservation is cancelled on 3 day's beforehand
- 80 % of the total amount, less any payment received, if the
reservation is cancelled on 1 week beforehand
- 50 % of the total amount, less any payment received, if the
reservation is cancelled on 2 weeks beforehand
- 30 % of the total amount, less any payment received, if the
reservation is cancelled on 5 weeks beforehand
- 0 % of the total amount, less any payment received, if the
reservation is cancelled on more than 6 weeks beforehand

- In case of a change in plans, all reservations must be cancelled no later than 4:00 pm the day before arrival to avoid a penalty in the equivalent amount of one room night plus taxes.
