The Clarenhof is situated in the heart of
Nieuwpoort town, not far from the market, and near the pleasure beach..
The tram gives you access to Nieuwpoort
baths and all others along the Belgian Coast.
There
is easy access to the Brussels-Calais motorway, and we are only one hour
from Lille airport. Situated half an hour from Oostende train station
allows gives you to travel on the Eurostar ; and from Oostende harbour,
you may travel to England on the "Sea Star".
The Clarenhof Hotel was originaly an old
abbey for the Clarisse nuns which has been completely renovated.
All 28 rooms are decorated with taste and
charm.
The "Nautical" and
"romantic" rooms are always popular with our guests.
The ground floor offers you a relaxing
room with a Scandinavian sauna with access to the gardens where you may,
laze in the sun.
Ideal after a hard days work. In the
heart of the gardens, you will find a game of petanque, where Marius,
Fanny and Cesar shared many happy moments. Next to this, is a small
pond, picturesque in itself, and a playground for children who may play
without disturbing you.
Our parking is protected by an electric
fence only accessible by security code. It is reserved only for our
