Check in : 
After 14.00 if you arrive before this time we will endeavour to have your room ready as, soon as possible. Alternatively your luggage may be stored at reception 
Check out :
before 13.00 hrs. In case of late departure 50% of the room rate will be charged. 

Cancellation policy/other policy text :
Credit card details are required at the time of booking to secure reservation. All hotel payments should be made directly to the hotel upon check out. Cancellation must be made in writing 3 (three) days before the scheduled arrival date, if not received, the hotel is entitled to charge 1 (one) night's accommodation fee. If guest(s) fails to arrive, the hotel will charge the rate of 1 room night.
