Le Relais is a typical hotel of the
Semois area. Its roughcat façade is always flowered, with small window
panes like in the old days.
Thanks of its typical look, l'Auberge
"Le Relais" is a member of the "Logis de Belgique"
charter.
Each
one of the 11 bedrooms is named after a village walk. They have just
been renovated . They will guarantee you restless and quietness (TV in
all the bedrooms) .
It looks like a traditional Ardenn's
building but you will find all the modern comfort you want .
One of the bedrooms is fitted with a
mezzanine. It's a pretty good solution for a couple with a child.
In the Auberge "Le Relais", the
cook chief, Jean-François BOULLAY, is preparing the meals .
He combines traditional French cook (his
native country) with local products, thanks to his local suppliers .
His wife,Anne van WAESBERGHE helps him to
welcome and serve the guests.
During automn, come to sample game dish
and gastronomic food... Delightful !
